Nicely made!
I have been researching watch boxes for the past 6 months or so–my boyfriend has quite a collection, and I thought this would be a very nice gift for Christmas. I came to the conclusion that this was the right watch box to get–it’s a reasonable price for a 20-watch holder, looks very handsome, and it had an extra tall lid, so the watch faces would not rub against the glass. Of course, when I got the box, I made sure to test that extra tall lid out, and it was true to the description. The watch did not touch the glass at all. The watch pillows are nicely made, and seem to hold up well. Overall, very pleased!
Just what I’ve been looking for
I looked around for about a month before I found this watch box, and I am completely satisfied with what came in the mail. Well packaged, well assembled. I particularly appreciate the soft felt lining on the bottom and all interior surfaces. One small drawback is the clearance height for the top, as I have a few taller watches that touch the glass when the lid is shut. Other then that, this box holds my entire collection, working and non-working watches, with room to expand.
Perfect Gift
I purchased this case for my husband and he loved it! The material is very nice inside and out. He has about 15 watches so we were able to take out some of the padding and use it for rings, bracelets, etc. It easily fits all types of watches – large to small. Beautiful!

love the look 
I really love this watch box. No I don’t think it’s real wood but I honestly don’t care (it’d be more expensive if it was quality wood obviously), it looks like the pictures. It holds all my watches plus a bit more. The only complaints would be that 1.) the lock does not work at all (would have been nice but oh well) and 2.) mine had damaged edges… not sure if it’s just mine but I’m not picky so I didn’t care about returning it (plus it’s on the back so I can’t see it anyway). I recommend getting this box, it’s very elegant looking and well worth the price!
Nice quality; but not happy about partitions.
This is a very nice overall quality watchbox.
However, the one I received, the partitions were
not perpendicular to the front and back. I gently
tried to move them into proper position, but
I wasn’t able to do so.
When the company was contacted, they promptly sent a prepaid return
label and gave a fast refund. I was quite impressed with their service.
I then ordered up a different style watchbox from the same company and
am quite pleased with it. It is the Watches and Jewelry Box Black
Leather Storage Case By Tech Swiss.

Good, sturdy watch
I first bought this watch in the red band with blue/white face and later in the white band with green/black face. I wanted a sturdy watch for outdoor activities (sailing and kayaking mostly) that would also be small and comfortable. This is that watch. I have a pretty small wrist and the smaller size (womens) fits great – small and cute. The second one I bought (the white), was actually for a (male) friend because we thought it would be the larger version. It wasn’t. So just be careful about the size when you purchase. It was the same size as my own, and just too small for a male… unless your a male that likes small watches. Luckily I liked the watch and the color, so I kept it. Only thing with the white band – it gets dirty easily. Oh well.
The watch has two time zones with an alarm for each. I dont use the two time zones, so I put them both in my current time and in that way have two alarms when I need them – a useful option.
Very cool watch!
I love the colors of the watch as well as its excellent quality for water sports and daily life. It lies nice and flat so that when I surf it doesn’t bump against my board as I paddle out.! It’s unique and I love it! THANK YOU! I am a huge fan of Shark watches, so my review may be biased ;o)

Just Right.
This watch is the perfect size, is the optimal weight and has the best display. The watch is neither big and bulky, nor small and flimsy. The numbers are large and readable. There is green reflective coating on the inside that “illuminates” the watch without using the battery/indiglo feature. This only works in the day when there is light to hit it just right for the reflection, but never the less it is a great feature making the time come alive. The indiglo lighting is awesome and brighter and better than any of the G-shocks I own. This watch is better in every aspect than any of G-shocks I own.
What I like about this watch:
It is extremely light (compared to my G-shocks).
The numbers are all big an easily read.
It is easy to set the time, date and alarm.
The buttons are responsive and easy to push.
It is fairly stylish and has a nice design.
What I don’t like about this watch:
Nothing. For the $32 I paid in store, I don’t care what happens to it. Mowing the lawn…Working on the car….Running 5 miles…I use it and abuse it and am not afraid of ruining it, unlike my G-shocks. This watch is just made to be worn with its great functionality and its sleek design.
Buy it and try it. Chances are, if you are looking for an all around great watch, you won’t be disappointed.
*Update 05/07/08*
After nearly 30 months of daily use, this watch has finally bit the dust. I used this watch every single day as an alarm clock. I used the indigo light every day, multiple times, more so than the average person would.
The first thing to break was the part you tuck the watch strap into. I broke after approx. 28 months of use. The little plastic band cracked. I used a heavy duty rubberband in its place.
At around the same time, the battery started to lose its power. The indigo feature lit up the display, but the time would not be shown.
Just as of yesterday the wrist band tore in half. Now the only chance for salvage is to buy a new band ($10-$15) and to have the battery replaced ($5-$10), which I will do.
The face of the watch has held up perfectly, even though I have abused it.
It is a pain to change the battery and to track down a watch strap, but the size, display, reflective lighting, etc. is too good to not keep this watch.
I’ll let you know how long the next one keeps ticking…
A great running watch
I can’t imagine needing more in a running watch, unless of course you need the built in heart monitor that the more expensive models offer. But as for me (an old school runner), this watch is all I need. Very happy to own it.
It’s a TOOL!
I don’t wear watches to look cool. I have a very real need for accurate time all day every day. I’ve tried the G-Shock watches and they work just fine but are so large hey hurt my wrist, especially when wearing a jacket, plus as I get older it’s hard to read the little display on them.
I finally broke down and bought the Ironman and what a difference! The watch is just the right size and shape and it light and comfortable. The display is perfectly readable in just about any light and at any angle! Day, date, and time at a glance! I love it!
The buttons are large enough to be very easy to use but not so large that they push against your wrist when working. The interior of the band is very smooth and doesn’t pinch at all. The buckle is nice and smooth and the strap has a very nice little locking nub on it that keeps the strap end in place.
The menus are very simple. I managed to set the watch in just a few minutes without ever looking at the instructions. I like to “hack” my watch so that the time is accurate to the second. This watch made it very easy, just set the watch one minute fast, and then set it to the seconds mode. Watch the time count down and “hack” it when the minute changes and you’re all set.
It holds the time to within about 3 seconds per month, very accurate!
In short, if you need a good watch for TELLING TIME this is a great product. It may not be super cool looking but it’s not bad, and for the money, you just can’t go wrong.

Timex Group B.V. is one of the best-known American watch companies. Timex’s U.S. headquarters are located in Middlebury Connecticut and it has substantial operations in China, the Philippines and India and full scale sales companies in Canada, the UK, France and Mexico.
The company began in 1854 as Waterbury Clock in Connecticut’s Naugatuck Valley, known during the nineteenth century as the “Switzerland of America.” Sister company Waterbury Watch manufactured the first inexpensive mechanical pocket watch in 1880. During World War I, Waterbury began making wristwatches, which had only just become popular, and in 1933 it made history by creating the first Mickey Mouse clock under license from Walt Disney, with Mickey’s hands pointing the time.

Pretty but certainly not feminine
I really like the watch but the three subdials are just too small for this 45 year old. The large second hand is more like a stop watch since the much smaller dial is a second hand. I had to take out several links to make it fit on my wrist so I hope you have the tools handy to do that part. This is not a watch to wear in the evening so you’ll need to change it for night wear. The band is wide enough to be a man’s watch.
Amazing Value .. Gorgeous Watch
This is my third Invicta watch purchase. Invicta’s heavy solid build & great design work make this an elegant piece of jewellry, a timepiece that will last a lifetime. It’s nicer than the pictures. Don’t expect huge diamonds .. they just add sparkle, just as they added sparkle to my girlfriend’s eyes when I slipped it onto her for her wrist for her birthday. Each time she wears it, people comment. Invicta is an excellent choice.

DISGUSTING RIPOFF
This item under three dollars is at first glance a too good to be true value but wait till you hit the check out button, suddenly you see the price escalate to 30 times the advertised item cost due to outrageous shipping/handling fees. Why? because amazon and its market place seller insult your intelligence by assuming you the customer is incredibly dumb.

The auto fixing watch
It’s a quality good looking watch and you’ll be happy with it.
I have some advice for the very start.
1. Before setting anything, charge the battery as some functionality may be disabled.
2. Follow the quick start instructions to set the city time.
3. If the time is wrong you can try the manual setup using the radio signal from the atomic clock. If this doesn’t work leave it alone and by next morning it will be OK.
4. Be very patient as it goes on its own pace “slowly”. If you try faster it will go crazy. Fortunately it will return to normality after a few minutes of rest.
5. Print the manual from the Casio website or by a microscope to read the booklet and follow the instructions. No one does that.
6. Remember once you leave it alone it will work flawlessly.
I had a hard time when I started playing as soon as it arrived.
I haven’t hammered it so the G part we’ll see.

Built like Fort Knox, but VERY Dark Recessed Face
The Casio product pictures of this watch are deceiving — the marketing photos were obviously taken with bright lights.
The Good:
– VERY solidly built: my son has had a couple of the G-Shock Solar Waveceptors, and this thing is hands above the others I’ve seen in terms of sturdiness.
– This is both good & bad: the face of the watch (the crystal) is RECESSED significantly; on the positive side, this will protect the mineral crystal from scratches.
– It has the ultra-cool features of Casio’s amazing Tough Solar/G-Shock/Atomic Timekeeping… that alone is worth 4 stars.
– While it doesn’t quite live up to its pictures, it does have a chronograph look as opposed to the more geeky LCD dials most of the other watches in the line have.
The Ugly:
– Overall, NOT as attractive as the sexy ads portray in my opinion. They obviously used a lot of light for the photos. My first reaction when receiving it was, “this isn’t the watch I ordered!”
– The face is VERY dark — and the small markings (city indicators, function indicators, etc) that seem so visible in the picture are virtually INVISIBLE. I had to get a magnifying glass to set my city correctly. If you are over the age of ~40, fuhgitaboutit. I have the big brother technology to this watch, the Titanium Oceanus brand, and the markings on this watch appear to be almost HALF the size of those on the face of my Oceanus.
– The recessed face **really** detracts from the good looks of the watch; someone sitting near you would have to look straight onto it to see the face — you’ll have to turn your wrist directly toward you to see the time.
– This watch is pretty heavy. Probably works for a teenager doing sports, but waaay too heavy for a little guy like my 8 year old.
Overall, built very well, just not as attractive as portrayed and dark/hard to read. This is for my 15 year old son — thought about returning it — but I’ll let him decide whether to keep it.

Good looks but a bit complicated. Cannot hear the beep and took more time to set. Hopefully with time i will get use to it and will prove to be as good as is suppose to be.
